Work usually donates it, but donations didn't come so I now have this lying around. It'll go bad in approximately 2 days and I have no freezer space.

Feed it to pigeons and sparrows.

Cut into small chunks. Make a delicious savory bread pudding with half and use the rest for complimentary seasoned croutons to float on a seasonal soup.

Croutons, breadcrumbs, stuffing

As much fun as it isn't, bread crumbs is actually a good idea if you aren't going to use them immediately.
>>
process them all into flour then freeze
>>
Is that cheese bread and the two in the top left La Brea? Looks like the same shit I have at work.

Not OP, but i recieved a 10lb bag of bread crumbs with my bread order 6 months ago. I've barely put a dent in it, any suggestions?

Nah, it's another bread-themed eatery.

Not sure where you are but as winter is setting in down here I'm starting to make a lot more hearty soups and stews. Bread crumbs work great as an alternative to adding a roux or a corn starch slurry to create body and thicken. I actually used scraps of stale bread in the ham and cabbage I made today. This also works well with gravy.

It seems crumbs or pudding is the way to go?
>>

why? eurobread is nasty
>>

croutons for soup, breadcrumbs, or filler for meatloaf?

Croutons of course.

I often buy big bags of stale bagels from the bakery at the grocery store and turn them into delicious bagel chips in the oven.
