What do I do with these? Picked them up from the store and there are no directions on how to cook them, they look a bit like porn buns but I want to be sure on what to do with them

What the fuck do you think cooking is? Heat them up the way you want. Cooking is hearing and seasoning. Just do it bitch. Boil them if you want.
gather more ingredients and have hot pot since it's starting to get cold
a good hot pot is only around $80-$100 (not including the gas cans)

Fishballs? I usually get pork balls that look the same in the soup at this Buddhist temple I live near.
Just put em in soup for awhile.
I like to either quarter them then cut each wedge in half lengthwise or I just slice them into rounds (or the rounds into strips thereafter).
After that, they're great for various stir-fried applications and in curries as well as western dishes.
A favourite is fishball kottu, which is like the halfway point between fried rice and stuffing: instead of rice, day old strips of roti are stir-fried with various ingredients, eggs and spices.
Really, really good. For this, the fishballs are sliced into strips.
A western application I enjoy is after cutting them into semi-wedges as described above, I use them for fishball chowder. Another is to cube them up and whip with a little mayonnaise and various ingredients and seasonings for a different take on a sort of fish salad.
The Thai place by us offers it with green curry

Meat eating Buddhists are not uncommon
Stir fry or fry them up and add to noodles. Or hot pot as mentioned.
You can't really overcook that stuff, and you're really just heating it through. Fifteen minutes in boiling water is probably enough for ones that large, but honestly you can chuck it in some broth and fuck off for a biblical shit and it'll be fine.
Slices are nice in stir fried veg too.
