Happened quite a few years ago

>eat apple somewhat regularly
>atleast 5 per week
>eat apple after school
>suddenly I feel weird
>can't breathe anymore

>black out
>wake up in a hospital

And that's how I found out that you can get allergies randomly over night
Not a huge loss, I mostly ate apples because I was bored/wanted something between my teeth while watching stuff so I don't really miss them

People with food allergies should be purged from the world.

I personally think the Atkins diet is responsible for all these gluten allergies. The mothers didn't have any bread in their bodies and now their kids are fucked from it.

Most people who self-diagnose as gluten-sensitive actually aren't. It's usually psychosomatic. Celiac is a different story.

Lots of my customers (okay, maybe... 10%) insist on getting gluten free meals. To ensure I don't need to have the kitchen staff take annoying precautions I always ask "Do you have an allergy we should be careful about?" Nearly all of them say no, they are just on a gluten-free diet. The few that do, though, I swear are just doing the psychothing- I have seen them insist on getting a gluten free meal due to an allergy but ask for breaded fried products.
