Yes. When I'm by myself I only eat with a knife and fork. I hate the feel of grease, salt, sauce, whatever on my hands. It repulses me on some sort of visceral level. Hot dogs are often OK because I'm only typically touching dry bread, and won't be eating it long enough for the sauce to soak through.

When I'm in public I don't do it because I don't want to seem autistic. I try not to get hand food.

But I do dislike the feeling of being greasy. I hate getting grease on the silverware and everything else I touch, and I usually go through several napkins while finishing off a plate of ribs or wings, licking and wiping my fingers and face often throughout the meal.
And then I wash my hands with bar soap, because liquid hand soap never fucking cuts it.

Use tongs, that would be fascinating to watch.

I do the same thing OP. I just hate the feel of grease on my hands. It's also probably an acquired habit because I usually eat while on my computer or playing vidya, and I hate getting my equipment dirty.

I am the same OP, but pizza does not bother me as long as there is enough crust for me to hold the pizza without getting my hands too messy.

If i eat crisps or any other food I get obsessed with the smell of it on my hands, I have to wash my hands over and over and smell them each time to make sure the smell is gone. Can't stand that shit.

It's kinda weird op, but mainly for the crushing them up bit. Half of the purpose of crisps is the crunch, and you're removing a large part of that.

Eating with your hands feels kinda decadent. There's something about just picking up a hunk of meat and biting it or peeling flakes off a fish that's mildly bacchanal.

Foods like that are served in a manner so you don't have to touch the food itself. There's always something like a cocktail stick in each bite, or they're served on small plates (or doilys) so that you can pick up and eat the food without touching it.
