all rice has a high glycemic index and raises sugar level quickly

chicken looks expensive but maybe you cant get the ghetto style 3 pound bags for six dollars like me

beans are expensive for such a small amount and you can get bulk pinto beans for 79 cents per pound

spinach is bagged not in a fresh open bundle and was probably more expensive
