Britain here. Today I used my Yixing teapot to use up the last 6 or so grams of Miaoli Gold Medal winning Oriental Beauty.

It was about 150 dollars for 100g if i remember correctly. It has such a beautiful fruity taste, with a mixture of honey and peach, but it's not thick and overwhelming like cheap oriental beauty. It's amazing. next year, definitely get some.

Unpoyuning aged black tea pressed with roasted chai as an infusion. In a .75L ceramic pot with a top port and backside vent for proper perculation. Very strong chocolate type tones with a fruity center and a deep roasting flavor that's hard to describe. Brewing is a huge part of it and it HAS to be done correctly. I typically measure the temp at exactly 101 degrees when poured ONTO the the leaves for 7 minutes while stirring, then I strain it and put it back into the ceramic pot. Paid a bit more than usual for the tea and pot, the pot was about $289 and the tea about $130 for 50grams. It's so pure though.
