now crack an egg into the bowl and stir. the residual heat cooks the egg.

Whatever fresh veg I have handy + kimchi+processed meat (spam,bacon,hot dogs, etc)+ odeng (fish cakes) + American cheese + a soft boiled egg + package of Shin Ramyun. Top with scallions, toasted sesame seeds and nori flakes.

What's the best way to include enoki mushrooms into ramen? Someone on /jp/ suggested grilling it first, does /ck/ have any ideas?
