I take 2 dried ancho chilies (or 1 each ancho and guajillo if I want it spicier). I soak them in a bowl of hot water, toss them in the blender with 1/2 an onion, garlic. In a covered saucepan, meanwhile either saute chicken, steak, or brown hamburger meat with cumin, salt, pepper. When browned,I add my chilies slurry, cover and I turn the down the heat to simmer for like 5-10 minutes.
The chili slurry is delicious in a pork soup with a can of hominy for some pozole really fast. It's also great in a pot of chili, or a chicken tortilla soup plan.
Something I also do with the dried anchos, is slice them into rings with scissors, and panfry in a nonstick with olive oil. Pour the oil over popcorn with the sweet-hot chili rings. Get one every other bite of popcorn. Awesome!

taco spice, onions and cheese. Dont forget the tomato paste
I simply cook the meat, it greases itself
During the cooking process I throw in hot sauce and stir,
