Nigger just google, no carb is beyond meme and quite covered by nearly ever bro nutrition website. For hardcore nocarb check ketogenic sites but watch your macros since they tend to be fatty as fuck.

Personally I could never not eat carbs and never understood the hate, they are an amazing source of energy and many complex carbs come with great nutritional perks. Whenever I need to lose a few pounds I just zig zag on a deficit and do a little more cardio.

You either end up eating the same bland, oily shit on repeat or you spend a ton of time recreating foods high in carbs with expensive, hard-to-find ingredients
