I love med rare steaks but they don't appeal to me in the morning, plus the only time I'd eat a breakfast steak is hungover and they make my stomach upset. I'm fully aware well done is a shitty way to cook a steak but I'm such a hungover pleb that in that setting I actually prefer well done. I guess I'd rather a cheap steak too, I save my ribeyes for the grill.
