What is your favorite Persian food to make/eat?
My mom makes the best aush reshteh.
Baghali Polo and khoresht bademjan are my favorites.
Had a friend from iran cook me dinner once. It was nice and all be he served these cripsy rice things that apparently are popular there.
It tasted basically like rice that had been left for a week to harden.
literally all of them I can't choose "the best". God, I hope someone fucking opens a persian restaurant in my city soon!
/pol/fags are autistic retards, they literally don't know shit, and don't see the irony in their own retarded ways and the hypocrisy behind the circlejerks.
Zoroastrianism is a religion, not race, Iran has a lot of ethnic groups, almost every province has their own ethnic group and local (second) language.
Don't waste your time trying to spoonfeed a /pol/ack some logic and knowledge.
I know of this:
>easily observable reality
Look who's closing their eyes. Do Yazidi, Palestinian, Boer, Jew, & Shia muslim sound like races to you? Are these people still living? You can live in your own ignorant reality if you want, doesn't change the fact that arabs stole Persia and muslims did the typical muslim thing and went full convert or die mode.
Well that tends to happen when you're chased out of the country by radical Islamic reformists. But that still doesn't mean that Iran is dominated by Arabs. It's dominated by Persian Muslims.
Not to be pedantic (which is not true, I fucking love being pedantic) you can't be racist against Muslims because Muslims aren't a race, they're a religious group. There are Arab Muslims, Persian Muslims, Chinese Muslims, European Muslims (i'm looking at you, Cat Stevens), etc. etc. etc.
Saffron yellow rice with those red dried berries is the most refreshing and addicting rice I've ever had.
I'm so thankful to be surrounded by so many Persian and Lebanese and other Middle Eastern food.
