is that some tomato slice OP
and is it veal or beef?

Salt and pepper.

It's skirt steak, beef. Yea I had a tomato that needed to be eaten so I threw it in at the last minute.

nice trips.
Equal parts cumin and oregano, for that amount about 2 teaspoons. half teaspoon red pepper and a tablespoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon onion power and garlic power for dank ass mexican
soy sauce and powdered ginger for asian
ground mustard and red wine for french
Get some of this, people. It's amazing. I use it almost too much these days, I love it. Makes meat very spicy, and gives stir fry dishes a good kick without a sauce. My local HEB stopped carrying it, but you can get it on Amazon.
I like a little more color on my veg, but on the whole looks great. I'd eat it.

Yea I think I should of sliced my peppers thinner and cooked them hotter. My rice turned out perfect. 14 min. Covered with heat. Turn off heat for 14 more. 1 part rice, 1 3/4 part water.
It looks fairly appetizing, OP.

a full teaspoon of cumin for a plate of stir-fry?
>>7047562
I thought that was one of two or three servings. I cook for roommates so I think for four people. (and I'm a smoker so over seasoning inbound)
Ginger and beef pair well in stir fries. As well as cumin

Whenever I try to use ginger in my pseudo-asian cooking it gets far too overpowering
