My mother brought over a package of pre-made store bought cinnamon rolls a few days ago, and while they taste fine and have enough icing/cinnamon chunks, they're very VERY dry. Is there a way to transform it into something more palpable?

sprinkle a bit of water over a bun, stick it in the microwave with a microwave safe cover over the bun and nuke it for a minute. the steam created will help moisten it
>>
for some reason a quick microwaving (like 10-20 seconds) will make old pasties soft and moist again.

seems counter-intuitive, i know. but it works.

this'll work, but destroy the icing. not worth it imo.

Actually reintroduction of gelatinized starch softens the bread

This is why it will become soft and harden back up once it cools down

Tear it up and dip it into black coffee. Why are things so hard for white people?

>palpable
Wrong word, my friend
>>
>>7044850
nope, they are so dry they suck all moisture out of anyone who touches them, therefore they are not palpable.

> acquire can of sweetened condensed milk
> place cinnamon bun on large sheet of clingwrap
> remove inner circle, set aside
> pour a few tablespoons into orofice
> finger that bitch like its your sister, get all the condensed milk all over the inside
> reinsert inner circle of doughy orgasmus
> wrap the little diabeetus nugget and place in furthest reach of dorm room cupboard
> forget about it for a week
> find nugget, discover beautiful, crystalised condensed milk mineral mine
> eat.

Nothing like a bit of boarding school stoner know-how to fix an otherwise average item of food.
