>tfw Salsa taste much much better with Habaneros instead of Jalapenos in the recipe
Why do plebs still use Jalapenos
Because subjective tastes and opinions.

People can't stand a bit more heat? Got ya.

It depends on what kind of salsa you're making. I fucking love habaneros, but they have sort of a sweet almost citrusy taste. That goes great in a mango salsa or a chutney. But IMHO it's not so good if you were making a generic Mexican-inspired red salsa. For those I use jalapenos and arbols instead.

They're pussies who say things like "i can handle it i just prefer flavor more than spicy" and other equally lame, ineffective crybaby excuses.

>I made/had salsa with habaneros for the first time omg why doesnt everyone do this they must have inferior taste

Habaneros do have a very nice fruity flavour.
Anyone has a nice preferably garlic free recipe for these things so I can preserve it for a few years or atleast 2 years or so?

Jalapenos are an american tier Pepper. Its understandable why people would get butthurt over it

Jalapeños are really nice. Habaneros are nice too but are a bit too hot for me so I use them sparingly.

you are supposed to use serrano or chile de arbol for most salsas baka. Habaneros are more appropriate for seafood or some kinds of salsa.
Delicious as they may be, habs can be a bit strong for quite a number of people. If you absolutely love the fruity taste of habs and can't stand their pungency yet still want a bit of a kick to your salsa, try using ají dulce, instead, and adding a bit of hot sauce to taste.

habs, peaches, sugar, pectin, salt, and a bit of vinegar...
because pepper jelly/jam is the shit.
