I plan on treating this like every other con I go to, ignore panels and just browse the dealer's hall/walk around the area all day and socialize. Pic related for cosplays. But like I said, super last minute so if neither fit, I'll be stuck re-wearing Rarity from MLP for the tenth time. Would only need a trip to the thrift for some nice, white clothing and Arda's physical store for a wig.

I know 2B's dress isn't going to be the right length and I wont even have her sword, but if I'm not bursting at the seams, I'll be happy.

And he's got a show in Aurora this Sunday. So I guess he's just staying here all week?

Apparently I may be going for a day as part of a work thing. Long story short, I work at a laser tag/escape room/haunted house, and my boss informed me that WW asked him to set up a pop-up haunted house/zombie survival shooting gallery. So odds are, I'll have to go there at least one of the days and work.

Wizard World is a cookie cutter corporate con, and they are sad ones at that. I've been dragged to two by well meaning family because "the need con!!" and despite honestly wanting to enjoy it, it was just an awkward mess. Bad sellers, sparse artist alley, very few cosplayers and mostly normies out to gawk at all the nerds and pay way too much to take pics with whatever celeb they roped into coming. I assume CGL is not going to be there or any other WW, because there are better places to be.

It is what you make it. If someone wants to wait 4 hours in line and pay for a pic that's on them. There's plenty of good merch and cosplays for people that don't have to drive very far.
