Yes. This was the fashion show that featured Mossbadger, Eat Me Ink Me, Mighty Kingdom, I Do Declare, and Crystal Arcade.

Atelier excentrique had a table set for them but never showed.

I only got a ticket for today, but here's my feedback on the "Midwest lolita and J-Fashion event".

Having to wait two hours between dropping my consignment shop items off was kind of a drag. The area for the consignment shop was also extremely small and cramped into that little corner.

To make it more like a megameet:
-Make it more accessible and casual, maybe have different price points for the different days (one casual, one upscale)
-Ditch flying in guests and opt for more activities
-the macarons and soda was nice, but it's hard to have an event 11:00-3:00 because I was starving. 12:00-4:00 might have worked a lot better for Day 1.

To make it more like a convention:
-Have signage around the location. I had no idea how to get to the lower level area, and no one was there to help me when I arrived
-I'd be satisfied with a less fancy location that was more welcoming. It was upsetting when the hotel staff closed the stairs so they didn't have to bother with beeping us through, especially since not all the elevators were in order.
-Encourage guest participation with things like contests or things to do like a designated photo booth or outfit shot area. The hired photographer parked in one spot and only seemed to shoot the runway participants.
- Maybe have a "suggested" after hours party like Planet Comicon does.

No shade but what kind of amateur looks at these photos and goes "yup, looks great to me" It takes 4 seconds to snap another picture after asking the model to not blink or to move their arm in a more flattering position

These photos are the hugest eyesore. The framing is never good, almost all of them are out of focus to a nauseating degree, the shadows are washed out, there are people in the shots and whatever lighting they were using makes everyone look like they are greasy as hell. It looks like they also have no concept of photoshop or lightroom editing by the gross yellow hue to everything. I have honestly not seen such horrible shots in years.

That's her style and it isn't badly executed, it's just not to your taste. Full coverage dewy foundation and large cat eye liner are makeup styles, not mistakes.

This is where critique breaks down. You have to be able to leave your tastes out the criticism of the actual coordinate or in this case makeup. It's neat, her blending looks even and the foundation color is good. The eyeliner lines are clean and even, the lip color is not too bold or too light. I would prefer a bolder eyelash style with this look.

Overall, do I like it? Not really, I think it is too heavy and uses the wrong colors to really compliment the coord in general. But is it bad? Nope.

I might have made the liquid lipstick or matte long wearing lipstick choice here too. Since she's a guest, it's several hours with food, she was giving a talk and she probably didn't want to take time checking it or touching it up. Her liner and shadow look matte so it's consistent.
I'm not sure how Misako manages with using 3 lip products and keeping those shiny lips perfect at tea parties.

Get out. Her eyebrows look like bad cholla brows. They do not work with her face she has the same shade all through the brow and never feathered the inner ends to look remotely natural. They don't look good in shape on her face and don't work with her hair which doesn't work with her outfit. It's a mess just with the eyebrows. Her wing isn't even from eye to eye. It looks too thick and her hooded eyes are not doing that wing any favors. It's not the right style of wing for her eyes at all. Her eyeshadow could use more work because it doesn't look that great here but it's passable. The dewy look isn't right and just looks like a greasy face that needs blotting paper work on it. The lip color is all I don't care for since it's a neutral pink shade. Also don't think she's wearing blush which would put more warmth and innocence to her face. For someone's who a fashion e-celebrity she's got some bad makeup skills she hasn't improved on in years.

There were three different parts of the pageants that the contestants roleplayed through playing their parts.
1. Introducing themselves
2. Dating game style questionnaire
3. "wooing a princess" in a 90 second or less skit interacting with one of the staffers being their princess.

This boy veered from script and instead of wooing the brolita princess assigned to him he gave a shout out to his girlfriend, who was in a coordinate matching his as the sun to his moon. It was really cute.

Not enough models for the amount of pieces sent by designers so regular models had been brought in. However, all models had been sent images of the pieces they would be wearing as well as how to coordinate them.

The normal models were very also unprepared and unprofessional, complained that it wasn't good enough of an event for them, were rude to members actually part of the community, etcetera. One model even brought her kid and didn't bother to watch or discipline her when she was disturbing models and making messes.
