Please don't. As an actual black lolita these are the worst kind of threads.
1) They get flamed to death
2) I'm tired of getting "specul" status just for being black. I don't want a thread for my race because it just means "I want asspats for being black" which makes it infinetly harder to get appreciation for actually good work
3) If you genuinely want POC lolitas just go to tumblr and instagram

The only reason I actually tolerate fatty-chan ones is that it requires preplanning and adjustment. You don't have to adjust anything for being a person of color.

You realize that some colors go better with dark skin than for pale skin and vice versa? Same goes for metals you choose for your jewelry. Gold works much better with actual dark brown skin as both colors share the same quality, which is warmth.

1/10 made me respond, dark skinned girls look just as good as light skinned girls as long as they keep in mind the colors that work with their skin tones, just like white girls. As I said above, I look terrible in pastels, so I don't wear them. It's a matter of complimenting your skin and hair colors with what you wear. I actually think that darker skinned girls probably have more versatility with the colors that they can get away with wearing anyway. All I can wear is jewel tones, black, and grey :/

How many people can actually buy entire outfits that match their skin colors tho. And that would require buying a wig that also matched your skin color, and that would be weird as fuck?
