Aah fuck, this is me. I had a feeling this would get posted. I have so much regret for sharing it.
The more I look at it now the more I can definitely see why it's so shit.
It's an early coord that I didn't actually have enough of a wardrobe for but I was really excited to wear it to a convention. So I just made do. I hate the plain tights, and the "overskirt" was something my mum made for me last minute when I realised I needed something to tie the black in with the lavender better.
The shoes are actually (warm) lavender, but washed out completely by the sun.
As for my boyfriend, this was way out of his comfort zone, he usually wears tall tees and skinny jeans and nothing else, so for me this was happy feels that he wanted to "match" with me at a con, I didn't want to push him to uncomfortable limits.
I promise you gulls im not ita anymore and I'm building a decent wardrobe!

you can definitely tell the skirt is handmade. i saw her posts in the sewing groups, the hat and collar looked great, so i don't know what's going on with the skirt. regardless of a deflated petti something is structurally wonky with the skirt. the more i look at it, it looks like it's not gathered enough around her waist, like she didn't measure 3x her waist and just went with 2 m, which i've seen used a lot but that's based on a thin girl's figure OR it's not a good skirt fabric.

I like the color movement but not the exicution. The circlet is worn way wrong an doesn't work with this cordinate. The the lace parasol doesn't work with Lolita anymore and should be left to people who know how to use one. The wig is a nice color but the floppy bonnet doesn't fit well. There's too much going on for head accessories that it's obvious that they went " I want all the things". If there where a better image of the whole cordinate, would be nice to know because that jsk looks like it might not even fit with the color movement. I also have a suspicion that demonia platform boots where worn with this.
