I know a gal or two who're quicker in heels than flats. Unless they're stilettos, they're not really impractical by virtue either. Mini skirts are only impractical insofar as they're less practical than pants and also less than stellar if you're really shy about your thighs. Still, better than long skirts. If I remember correctly, the Sailor Senshis have mini skirts because longer skirts would've dominated the frame too much.

It's literally is the "I don't think this design is detailed and thus good enough, I MUST add something unnecessary quick!" thing of the century. It sticks out like a sore thumb here.

I'm so tired of Sailor Moon redesigns in general. They could at least make them look faithful to the source but they always look like generic warrior princesses or something.

It drives me nuts when artists corner the market based on churning out what they know is cosplay-bait, but the figure proportions are all fucked up so it's not even a translatable design. I'm willing to adjust length and fit for something straight out of a game or show but if your whole patreon schtick is COSPLAYERS LOVE ME, learn how to draw figures that aren't ten heads high with disjointed hip bones
