I'm not terribly kind to my purses sometimes and it still looks almost like-new. Definitely worth the cash, especially if it looks like the one on Y!J was well cared-for.

Only complaint was the ball chain holding on the emblem/tassel came undone super easily and I nearly lost it a few times, so eventually I just attached the emblem to the D-ring with a keychain ring instead of relying on the ballchain.

I'm kind of disappointed. She ran just one straight stitch to keep the white trim down. Used hot glue for the rosette, and one of the corners she cut on the ribbon, didn't finish fray checking.

I got it on aliexpress from "Buyer Paredise Store", but the link to the seller page is now (suspiciously) 404ing. I paid about $12 for it, free shipping and handling, and I'm happy with it. It's a bit bulky to wear over clothes if you're going for a sexy look, but I got a lot of compliments on it. People said it looked "sophisticated" the way I was wearing it. (Pic related, but with jeans instead of leggings.) As it's about to get hot here, I may try wearing it with shorts and a sports bra, because this is Florida and I could get away with it.

There are some very small quality errors, but nothing you'd notice casually. The whole thing could greatly benefit from a tie in the back to make it more form-fitting, but I feel like that might not be to hard to add.

It's a fun thing to own, not all that expensive, and you can make it more of a "modern" outfit as opposed to slutty.

So all my sailor moon make up came today.
They're more plastic-y than I expected.
The chalice was a lot larger than what everyone was making it out to be. I was expecting it to be like 4 inches high.
The compacts are also kind of toy like in appearance. I was expecting something a little more adult than a clunky hunk of plastic.
The pouffes that cam with them are really soft.
As for the brushes, they're very nice quality. I like the way they retract to protect the bristles.
I'm heading out to see Logan tomorrow, so I'll see how well the make up itself hold up.

I was also a bit pissed they don't mark anything down, but then again even if they did, when it goes to customs, you'll probably have to present proof of payment etc. anyway. They're a company after all and not a private person who could do stuff like charging you twice etc. in order to make you avoid customs.
I don't know how expensive it was and how terrible the UK is when it comes to customs - in my country, you only have to pay VAT as long as the value is less than 150€, which is why I'd always suggest ordering only up to that amount if it can't be marked down.

Surprisingly the shipping for 15kg of magazines wasn't as much as I thought (about $125USD). It was the fees from the SS that really fucked me over haha

Regardless, they worked out in the end about $12USD inclusive of price, fees and shipping which isn't too bad. Plus it was DHL and they shipped from Japan on the 10th and arrived in my country on the 11th, so practically overnight shipping from the otherside of the world is pretty great!

I am down for an accessory trade. It's a really nice dress. It's so light and airy and it'll be really nice for the summer. Also, the shirring is unexpectedly super forgiving. It's an extremely comfy dress. I love that all of the extra detailing (pearls, bows, etc) are detachable and rearrangable with lobster clasps. I also have the maxipad headdress with the set, and it's really nice. Only gripe is the same gripe I even have with brand, where a lot of the lace is left untrimmed. But whatever, that's an easy fix.

Sarawen and colourpop orders, both made due to the fragrance and makeup threads on here. Everything just arrived!

I bought an IW jsk on LM a couple weeks ago and I'm waiting for it. I messaged the seller on Monday (she said she'd ship it on the previous Monday) asking for the tracking number, and she hasn't replied yet. (She had pretty fast communication when I first bought the listing.) She's in Europe so I know there's a time difference and all, but my mind just keeps flashing through the mail horror story threads I've read and thinking the worst.

Both arrived. That mmm skirt is too short on me for lolita, has three layers so some built-in poof, but I can incorporate it into normie fashion. The dress is out of very light quality cotton and perfect for summer. Had to steam the fuck out of it to get all the wrinkles out.

The Victorian Maiden sailor dress is arriving today, and the JetJ skirt not until the 15th, but I'm stoked. It's my first item of each brand (didn't jump into lolita until about a month ago) but I hope it will fit since the two Mary Magdalene dresses I got earlier fit perfectly.

Two of the minis aren't right for my skin tone (NC25-30) and make me look shit which is disapponting, top right is an really good natural/daily lipstick. Their black and blue lippiestix are just...average, I guess? To get them opaque is a bit like hard work and needs a base.
Their liquid lipstick formula works well on me though, and the purple is really nice.

Sarawen - haven't tried all the scents yet but am impressed so far. Working my way through the Hobbit set.

The waist of the Victorian Maiden dress hits too high. It's still cute, and doesn't look like ageplay or as if I'm pregnant, so that's something. Wonder if I should wear it, keep it just in case I actually get pregnant again, or swap it. Or resell once I've steamed out the wrinkles. Comes with a headbow, so I might get as much for it as I paid. No more dress shopping online unless it's MM :/
