The white lace at the bottom either should match the colour of the lace on the sleeves, or vice versa. OR better yet, no lace at all on the bottom.

Incorporating the red is nice, but it also needs to be on the dress somehow, or at least not just all in the head area. Should have made it a flat circular frilled headpiece instead.

I would be very uncomfortable and embarrassed and would try to avoid his presence at all costs. I would probably also contact the comm's mods about it to see if it was possible to stop him from attending meets at the very least. Assuming he claims to not be a sissy (which is possible, these types tend to hide behind the transgender label to gain acceptance they don't deserve), he's an absolute eyesore and I would be equally embarrassed to be seen with him if he were a girl.

Sometimes I think it's better to just plan and do lolita activities and outings with lolita friends and not have a comm where you potentially have to just accept anyone who shows up in some kind of tacky variation of the fashion because 'inclusive'.

I actually kind of have this problem, we have a member of our comm that claims he is transgender, but honestly doesn't look too far from this. He owns some brand that local members have sold to him, but his outfits don't even look as cohesive as these. I try to avoid meets with him, but somehow manages to come to 95% of them, plus the mods would never boot him and are trying to be nice to him. I can't help but feel like I'm being mean, but he also doesn't show any sign of improvement and I just kind of get a weird vibe from him, like he's not in it for the fashion but moreso to just crossdress in public and hang out with young girls. Nope. It's not an English-language comm and few of us are really active in international online groups so our drama tends to stay internal. Even when it gets dragged onto cgl or BtB most replies will be "who????" and the rest of the shitstorm is limited to our personal and community FB pages + not in English so no one on cgl gives a fuck.
I totally sympathise with the SF comm, though. We've had several Melissa-types and they're always awful. It sucks how one creep can completely poison the atmosphere and feeling of safety in a small community.
