I miss the fabric. Chiffon and transparencies are really pretty, but I miss that solid fabric feeling that you can tell in >>9323011.

Along these lines, does anyone have any examples of ways to wear OTT sweet dresses in a more mature way? I never want to get rid of my wardrobe but I am starting to think I need to mix it up with a more mature look once in a while due to my age.

Mine came with the little ball chain loops to be used on a bag or a keychain, I just put a bobby pin through that loop or through the tag. You can also sew your own loops onto the plushes and stick bobby pins through there

Even tho this time had a more rampant and bitchier comm, idk it felt safer? Coords were so much easier to pull off compared to the new classic/sweet mashup that's trending now. The easiest way would be to find a plastic toy carousel and repaint it. If you were to make it from scratch I would use paperboard and plastic to be more lightweight.

I'm 35 and just getting into sweet. It's a struggle. I want to avoid being too young-looking, but I never have looked my age anyway and trying to find the balance between how old I FEEL and how old I can pull off is... interesting. I still am giving it a shot, though.

I know there's an anon who asked the question about mature OTT but honestly the examples you posted are toned down sweet more suitable to girls in their early 20s, and most coords aren't working.
To >>9323156 anon, I think the limit lies in the theme and illustration style of the print. For something like Milky Planet, when there's no way you can make it look mature, you may as well embrace it and go full sweet (maybe only go to meetup or events in those coords, since you're probably concerned about wearing them to places where normie friends will see you. But at least you're still getting some wear out of the the dresses)
