Is Axes Femme a good casual brand?

Does anyone know if there's a particular name for those white (sometime black or pastels) socks that are super common in the sweeter j-fashions?
I know they're like a stretchy, almost microfibre material, and are often worn folded over at the top? I tried to find a picture but because couldn't find one that wasn't ridiculously low quality.

It depends on the piece and how you coordinate it. I personally associate it with mori girl style a lot of the time but I've seen pieces used in various jfashion styles. The children's line is adorable.
