It is a really slow board, but you might want to check the catalog for the help thread as seagulls can get salty about individual threads made for cosplay making advice. Though if you try and dump some more predator cosplay and make it a more general thread it could help.

One thing that I'm gonna have to decide upon is whether I want to put some kind overlay on parts of my skin, to get the proper rough leather look that the Predator's own skin has. Or maybe there's some kind of makeup technique which could achieve that without the need for a full bodysuit?

There's always a couple yajuta at sDCC. Il, see if I have any pictures though I can't help you with advice.
