Oh hey, I know that asshole in the front. Third beige kit from the left, next to the light blue verd'ika. Calls himself "The Tuskalorian". Gigantic douchebag.

>Gigantic douchebag.
How is that different from Mando-fags in general?
God. Say what you like about Star Wars but the costume design is fantastic. Even as a little girl I was in awe of the Queens outfits in Phantom Menace.
Does anyone know what the Rebel Legion is like?
Does anyone have any stories about good or bad?

That's one group out of a multinational organization. Your local Legion could be some damn nice people, or you might have only met the nice people because they were the only ones that volunteered to staff the booth at con. 501st is jackwads in my neck of the woods, with a few nice Biker Scouts mixed in. The Mercs around here are pretty nice, but there was some infighting and vaguebooking being thrown around by grown-ass men in their 40's a little while ago. I think that calmed down after the main instigator left and took his asshole friends with him. I know my local Legion base is full of stuffy heads and weirdos though. They routinely butt into small private events and try to invite themselves along. No, you aren't invited to the photoshoot I'm planning in a remote location in the woods only accessible by foot that you have to ford a river to get to. Your friend in the Wookiee suit isn't invited either, and there's a damn good reason.

It depends on the group, in my experience most of the members are nice.
The judges, however, seem to have a gigantic stick up their ass and will nit pick about the smallest things. They'll nitpick different things on 2 people wearing the exact same costume, made by the same person. It's almost like they want to scare away anyone wanting to join.
Basically, it's good once you get in. But be prepared for a massive pain in the ass getting in unless you follow their threads on the their forums to a T while making your costume (and they'll still probably find something to nit pick about).
I triple dog dare someone to do a cosplay of K2SO

Where's that lanky fuck who did the kid from Adventure Time? Had some kinda disease or something, but had long and skinny as fuck limbs.
