No seriously, this isn't an insult. Making a thread like this on any 4chan board is a recipe for disaster. There are poc lolita blogs on tumblr that you can look to for inspiration, the black lolita tag, etc. Literally everything you're looking for you'll find there with no racist comments. All the pictures that people post on here will have been posted on tumblr anyway.

not every woman is pretty in frills, regardless of her skintone. a blanket statement like this feels inauthentic and will inspire arguing. instead, try this:

be CONSTRUCTIVE, and focus on excellence, not celebration.
