I'm going to be cosplaying BotW Link, and since it's kind of hard to find references I thought I might as well dump my reference folder for you guys in case anyone else wants to cosplay him. http://imgur.com/a/R7m00
There's still a bit more like the RAH Link figure that was unveiled a couple days ago and the amiibos, but I got most of the angles there. I already asked in the questions thread, but I might as well put it here as well. What fabric should I use for his tunic? Thanks!

I used twill for my SS Link cosplay and I found that it worked great for an adventure's tunic. I'd suggest that.

It fits the theme of the game itself (focus is on environment interaction in a huge open landscape), but it sounds like shit and doesn't fit as a Zelda title.

Hell, all it would take to make it more Zelda sounding is changing the last word. 'Breath of the Ages' would work, If they are going to shove a subtitle on it and want to keep the theme of the current subtitle, 'Hyrule's Breath' is much better.

You're never going to make anything if you're going to brush off every attempt as "hur hur it was supposed to be bad on purpose". If you really want to get into it, study up and actually try. This goes for anyone else reading the the thread looking to try making anything.

Nah, not every attempt at costumes I've made have been horrible. I've had a lot of good costumes through the years, but unfortunately those only have physical photos that are missing.

That particular outfit cost maybe $20 total. It wasn't an attempt at all to have a game accurate costume. It was an "I don't want to spend alot, but want to dress as Link". I'm normally the kind of person who would nitpick my costume till it is perfect.
