Not an imitation. The character in the movie I'm thinking of is a direct reference to Matsushima. Other than that the two films are completely unrelated. It adds more depth to Love Exposure knowing where the character came from.

Shigofumi has been one of my dream cosplays for years.
I'd love to cosplay as Fumika. Years ago my boyfriend tried to make Kanaka as a gift but it was left really unfinished and needed a lot of work. I've been thinking of pulling it out again and redoing the staff, the rest of the costume shouldn't be too hard.

Not sure what you could use for the outside unless you could figure out how to make your own vinyl inflatable stuff (I'm sure there's tutorials but you might have to delve into fetishist stuff). Inside could just be hallow plastic or painted foam balls with fishing line threaded through and attached to the walls of the clear part.

This. Ammy is a goddamn Goddess with a simple mind but shitloads of guts. When people make her gijinka a moe blob or a hentai boob miko it pisses me off. (Especially the boobs part since the game sliiightly implies Amaterasu to be quite flat if in human form if you remember how she reacted to Rao. Thus is my theory only though)

I'm doing my boy Goku Sotsu-kun. I want it to be mascot-costumed based to really get the creepy effect. I also plan to do the megaphone as well. I'd just love to see more of them. Same with Beatmania, DDR, etc.

Googling it now I guess they aren't uncommon but I more mean like at cons. There's no better feeling than seeing something in person.

I think you could tailor the jacket and pants and but more on your Pagan, as well as add the detailing to the fabric (if you used a neat stencil and used fabric spray paint it'd be easy).
