I actually really like this construction. The jacket looks just a bit too small, but the seams are clean, and the belt thing looks really nice. I just wish she had altered the costume to suit her body shape better.

Not a filter, it's mostly artifacts due to by bad lighting and a shitty cam.
You can see darker and lighter spots on cinder skin, specially on her legs, and yeah those look like dirt to me.

I think she could have done better but for a individual performance of Weiss... not bad.
