I'm getting married y'all. can you gulls post some lolita or kawaii wedding inspo?
usually, when you make a thread like this, you have to do a pic dump.

I would love to see more classic/less princessy lolita bridal coords, if anyone has seen any.
Pic related is the dress I'd get married in, for meager contribution since I sadly don't have any classic lolita wedding inspo.

/cgl/ and /pol/ marrying
>>8812407
Congrats OP
>>8813133
This one is still the ugliest dress out of this entire thread. Its like wadded up tissues all over the dress and the top part is atrocious.
>>8813333
Congrats OP!
This is my dream wedding dress. If I cant get it, the only things I would settle for are Michael's Blessing in white, or Puppet Circus jsk in white. I'm getting $1500 back for my tax return, so I'm keeping my eye out for these! My fiance allready knows I can't get married without the perfect dress! Plus everything else is going to be pretty low-key, which is why I'm going all out on the dress.

Sauce
I really like that meta mini wedding dress...
>>8813415
Swan dress by 4 o' Clock. I saw it on the solid color thread

Whoa, I'll have to Google that brand, never heard of it. Thank you
>>8813680
I've never been one to daydream about my perfect wedding, but ever since seeing such nice inspo threads on here every now and again, i've began building up a rather extensive folder of ideas...

Sorry it's not a lolita coord, but stiff-brimmed bonnets with veils would look stunning with classic lolita
I've posted about this before- I'm getting married in September and I instantly fell in love with the Belle et la secret de la rose dress from aatp. But it sold out while I was checking out. Still hoping I can find it secondhand once it's released, idk what my chances are but I'm willing to pay any scalper-y price if it means I can be married in this dress.
>>8814650
Just letting you know I've seen the black color way in person and it is breathtaking. This is a perfect wedding dress
This whole thread is goals
>>8814663
It's really something special. I just stayed up all night crying after I missed the reserve. I feel like it will be really rare secondhand but I can't give up.
this thread is depressing me because I won't ever get married, but I'm really happy for you OP. make your wedding as frilly as possible, okay? you'll be a princess

this was fine until you tried to call it lolita.
>>8813767
if it is, i need source and possibly to buy every colour. any help? reverse image search thinks this pic doesnt exist
>>8814650
It was a special MTO with set dates - how did it sell out exactly whilst you were checking out? I understand how you feel but it's not a normal release and most lolitas don't have it - only a few would have bought the dress and they won't be giving it up anytime soon.
>>8816038
I was trying to reserve it, I was on the site the moment the reserve opened. It sold out in under 2 minutes. I had it in my shopping cart and was checking out, when it sold out. Have you ever tried to reserve a popular item before?
>>8816038
It was a limited MTO and the yellow colorway sold out immediately
Ideally I'd like to get married in Baby's sweet devil jsk in ivory. I've always liked the idea of a short wedding dress since I was very young and I've loved this jsk since I first saw it. Even with the market price of about $1000 + shipping/customs/ss fees it's about the same price or even a little cheaper than your average wedding dress. Just gotta figure out what blouse to wear under it with that weird neckline (think the halter part is removable though) and how to coordinate it
>>8813147
this is great
>>8813130
I wouldn't be able to eat this looks to cool
I think this was a good balance of normie appropriate and lolita influenced dress. The bodice and dress design are based off BtSSB pocket embroidery with modifications
http://egl.livejournal.com/16422706.html
I got myself a gorgeous lacy JSK for my wedding but since it has no sleeves I'm a bit torn on how to coord it. I know it's normal for bridal gowns to show bare shoulders but I know I'd feel uncomfortable with that. But I'd also feel awkward in an overly princessy full coord, I'd rather just do a flashy headpiece and leave the rest relatively simple.
Maybe a chiffon blouse with plain low neckline and 3/4 sleeves? Would that even work wih this cut?
I wish my gf would ask me already so I can justify buying this dress
>>8817385
I would be more worried about the blouse ruining how nice the lace at the front looks now. Maybe a chiffon scarf or bolero?
>>8817420
That's true... The shoulder bows are pinned, but I like how they look, so a bolero wouldn't work. A scarf sounds nice though. Or maybe I'll just make some detachable sleeves, heh.
>>8817385
>>8817559
Maybe something like this Dear Celine lace shawl would work? http://lolibrary.org/apparel/dear-celine-autumn-lace-shawl It could pin at the waist so that it doesn't obscure the neckline, like in this picture, and tuck under the bows on the straps of the dress.
I think detachable sleeves would look lovely if you decide to go for that though!
>>8816401
This is amazing.
>>8814505
Yes, bonnets with veils are nice.
>>8812407
Are you Japanese?
>>8818458
Oh yeah? Well what would you wear anon? Dont shit up the thread unless youre going to contribute
>>8818506
Not that anon, but that dress is stunning, I would totally get married in a longer version of that.
>>8818506
link please
>>8819392
It's a Swankiss dress that's been sold out for a while
>>8818506
is that a curtain
>>8818506
Too bad the bodice makes it look cringey. Change that and it would look nicer.
>>8817611
Seconding a shawl, it looks absolutely lovely and still quite delicate.
>>8820195
Yeah i agree, it's a bit awkward. It would look better without the awkward seperate bust/waist sections on the bodice. Ive save that photo for a long time now, but I'd really love to either make it myself or get it professionally comissioned
Congrats OP and all others soon to be wed in this thread.
I'm crossing my fingers that I get engaged in the next 12 months. We've been together a long time and I'm so down to search for a lolita wedding dress. Great inspo in this thread.
>>8817587
I can;t find any info or other pictures of this dress?
>>8818506
That dress is cute, but i probably wouldnt wear it myself as a wedding dress. For young (as in actual children) bridesmaids or flower girls it would be so cute
>>8829765
isn't that the 3000 dollar dress

I'm getting married this summer and want a lolita-esque wedding dress without being overtly lolita. I'm digging this one but haven't made any final decisions yet.
>>8831934
Yes. It keeps reminding me of this dress - not sure if the resemblance is deliberate?
>>8832960
It even has her signature on there, anon...think again.
>>8833001
Ah, thanks! I don't know how I managed to miss that.
