Only what can be inferred from the quotes from the game, most of which are standard villain one-liners "So you've made it this far!" "Sink to the bottom!" etc. So we know they like to put on swimsuits and relax in the summer, Hoppou wants airplanes and to be left alone, and not a whole lot else.

Depends, some of them like the ones that are introduced in events have some lines, they don't say too much but they range from rich girls like Lycoris Hime to depressed girls like Anchorage Water Oni. Nothing too big sadly.

They really dislike humans in general but you can see that they care for one another like with the Twin princesses or in official illustrations(Seaport and Hoppou playing together, Battleship Hime buying new clothes for Supply Depot Hime and the like)
It also depends on the source, in the 4-koma Hoppou calms down after receiving an airplane but they hardly get any screen time.

I assume it must be due to the memories they inherited,.
This is only speculation but it's possible that their hate increases with age since Hoppou only wants shipgirls to go away, but then again Seaport Hime acts in a similar fashion so maybe it just depends on how painful their memories are.

I'll make a new thread since we reached the image limit. It was good to see some discussion here, hope we have more in the next one specially if it's something fun and cute.
