They're kind of tough threads to keep stocked with images, as popular as CCS was/is, it's not something that seems to get a lot of new content. The last thread that made it to the image limit was kept alive mostly with screencaps, which are fun to see, but probably not what most /c/ browsers are looking to add to their collection.

That said, CCS is top-tier and deserves to have threads! Hopefully with the new anime next year we'll see renewed interest.

There's plenty of artwork (and screenshots) of CCS out there, more than enough to fill a thread. I don't know much about /a/ but /c/ doesn't have a ton of traffic so thread activity can be on off for the most part. Besides its not like this thread is a general or anything, it just pops up every now and then so different content can be shared each time its around.
