About 8 inches.

Pretty good in my opinion, even though it's a cheap fig.

I think about a week or so

Nah not at all. It comes in a box disassembled so you have to pop the top half of her body together with the lower half and stick her twin tails and guitar in her hand. I'm not very strong so it was actually a bit difficult for me to pop the guitar strap into it's holes but that's the only difficulty i had.
