Shrinks are a meme. I really hope you're being not forced to see one. But then again, voluntarily seeing one is just as bad. Never be too honest with those money-grubbers and remember: you do not have suicidal thoughts. If you admit to having them and having made plans to act on it, even in the abstract, that's going to land your ass in a 72 hour psych ward stay minimum. And you do not want to be in a psych ward.

Be polite, be efficient, have a plan to kill every inquiry that is tossed your way. Make yourself seem realistic, but know the answers to your own "problems" that you tell the psych. Most shrinks can be played like a fiddle if you keep it cool and don't get emotional.

For example, let's say you have a difficulty with someone, the shrink will ask you about them and about how you feel toward them. As you dance around the question, describe them pretty plainly but not too plain After they've asked a few questions say some bullshit like "You know despite so and so being [insert derogatory here] I think I might be capable of establishing a rapport with them because [statement that is positive here and that makes sense given how you've described them] Except make sure to give this part a proper leadup for you to segue into to make it seem legit. And also don't say that literally especially if you're not typically eloquent in speech.

As long as you make your problems concise and you yourself can answer your own "problems" the therapist will have no idea and find you a real tolerable patient and the sooner you're going to get to stop bleeding money to this kike.

Visiting a psychiatrist really helped me. Nothing else I tried could.
Of course a lot of it was just talking and evading difficult questions, but I felt a lot better and could handle my social anxiety.

Yeah, it is. She clearly has a thing for him, but Shinji is too autistic to do anything. Nobody suggests kissing and saying "If I can't have you all to myself, I don't want anything from you!" without there being something.

I wish they would make an EVA anime were Shinji acts more like how a guy would react with a girl like Asuka. They did in one of the manga spin offs and one of the video games.
