I´m watching a supercut of this show she performed in Taipei, and she was wearing a really zany dress with a red- blue diamond pattern on white. Pity there aren´t cosplay pics of that.

I think the tunic is just drawn kinda baggy. Looking at the original DVD cover picture the tunic´s fabric gathers around the knot pretty much exactly the same way and as for the boobs, I think they are part of why the torso looks so short. I suppose the artist just likes Fate busty.
