Did some testing. I'm able to import images from pixiv into my system - cataloguing it and filling out various metadata as we go, and showing the new imports on a web page.

I need to improve this process a bit more, and then complete the administrative interface for accepting/rejecting found images.

Like if it's Rei Q only, that's a reject. If we search twitter for "rei" and someone posts a picture of some garlic ramen, that's a reject.

If accepted, it'll be imported into the gallery section as a new arrival.

Pictures that are NSFW will be tagged as such, we'll accept them but not show them - at least not initially.

The tools are out there, and I believe it should be possible. Rei Q is distinguishable from Rei in virtually all cases.

However, I realized that it'd be best to produce something that will work and be usable first, and then expand into the more difficult features later. The first iteration will need to use human eyes to distinguish, hence the creation of the administrative page.

Trusting users is difficult, and I'm wondering if user submissions shouldn't also be subject to the same process.
