Software developer (iOS applications).

Circa £30k (varies by ~15% per month) per month in revenue, after Apple's 30%. I pay myself a dividend every 3 months of £25,000. The rest is re-invested into the company, almost entirely going towards marketing, with about £400 per month going to Parse.

After taxes, this leaves me with around £75,000 a year. I feel like it's not too shabby, considering I'm 22 and only graduated from university (in a subject completely unrelated subject to what I do now - I got an LLB (2:1)) last November.

Might be worth adding that I was planning on being a corporate lawyer, but after a Vacation Scheme at one of the top 20 firms in the City I realised that it was actually incredibly boring and that I could make more money by working for myself making and selling mobile phone apps.

If I'd continued on that path, I would've had to spend one more year in law school taking the Legal Practice course (this would be paid for by the firm, but I would only receive around £8,000 from the firm for living expenses during this course) followed by a two-year training contract at the firm, where I'd be paid £40,000.

On qualification, I would've been paid £62,000 with a possible 5% bonus, depending on how many billables I managed to pull in. I would've been looking at spending around 70 hours at work on a typical week.

Now I 'work' around 20 hours a week. I put 'work' in inverted commas because it really doesn't feel like work at all. It feels like I'm playing a game.

Software Engineer, mainly embedded, some other niches.

I make about 8k a year, but considering I only work 2-3 days a month, it is pretty nice. I went this way, because I value time way, way over money, and this has the best work-payout ratio.

Nobody hires qualified people for 1 day a week or less. I have a hard time coming up with any job or venture that would give me the same amount of money with the same or less time spent.

I work from home as a Nurse Case Manager, making around $58,000 a year. It's very nice not having someone breathing down your neck all day, but it's a busy job that takes a ton of self discipline, at times it gets old.

I work at home as a Tier 2 support technician for a small IT company (20~ employee.) The bulk of our business is medical software hosting but we also do some Exchange email hosting and local support to some municipalities and medical offices.

Started for the company 3.5 years ago at 35k with no experience at the bottom of the totem pole. Back then we all worked in the office. Quickly moved up the rungs to where I am now making 60k. Base salary is 55k but make about an additional 5k a year between the Christmas bonus and working several on calls ($400/wk) through out the year.

We work from home T-F now because we downsized the office and it can't accommodate everyone at once. We go into the office on Mondays for meetings.

I buy low on eBay, sell high on Amazon using FBA. I use tools I developed to track and trend pricing and I use VA's to help me find items and make discounted group buys from sellers on eBay. I make $12k in profit a month, and pay myself extra depending on Q4 sales.

I quit my job back in May to start trading futures. 21 still living with my Dad. Down $150 this morning. Can't believe it's only 9:40AM. Feels like it should be 1PM. I woke up at 5AM when I usually wake up around 8-9AM.

I've made organization that does anything online. I've started by myself, but now have tons of people who work and want to work for me.
Started at 500-600 for the first two months and the third month it doubled. After that it kept growing, but problems kept growing as well.
It's tough to manage a lot of people.
I also had partners in US since I offer partner programs and we would share a part of the wage. One guy from NY used to bring work but he moved and got a better job so he didn't have time for it anymore. It was around 200 usd per employee for him, he had 4.
Now i am relaxing a bit, but will start pay per click campaign again and get more jobs. Your personal workforce is the name of the org.
The most i needed people was cold calling, but no one wants to do that in the US for like $10 an hour or lower. In Philipines they do it for less, but their English is really bad

I work from home doing remote computer support. I work for a company so I have a schedule and work 5 days a week for 40 hours a week. I make 45k a year based on my hourly pay. I have made between 50-52 every year since i started (3 years ago) due to periods of overtime where we might work 50-60 hours a week.

Additionally during downtime I do some freelance work building websites. Roughly speaking 10-15k a year depending how much effort I put into it.

I have an eBay store. I sell about $250.00 worth of merchandise a month. Not sure what I net after shipping and fees.
