I originally invested in mining as a side gig/ project because I work in fintech and figured it would be a good learning opportunity.

I continue investing because I'm young, have been quite successful so far, I can easily absorb the losses if it doesn't pan out, and the volatility makes for excellent profit opportunities.

The idea of cryptocurrency makes me feel like I'm living in Bladerunner or Cowboy Bebop, and I like that a lot. I like the idea of using electronics to generate digital currency. I want crypto to become far more mainstream in the future but until then, I'm just in it to make a quick buck.

First step is trading enough to not be a burden anymore. Still need two months and this should be achieved.
