Buy some (~20%) now, if it drops to 200 buy some (~30%) then, if it rises back to 250 buy a lot more. If it drops lower than 200 buy a lot by a lot at each 10% increment with being fully bought if it hits 150. That would be my strategy if I had fiat anyway.

There is a lot of FUD going to be spread about Metropolis, so I think it will increase relative to BTC. Buy when you think the storm is over and sell right before the release of Metropolis.
