It takes a while to use because the exchange is confusing but nothing a few YT tutorials won't fix, it's a really nice exchange once you understand wtf is going on.
Use buy orders and set above other peoples buy orders, don't take from sell orders or else you lose a few % because of the spread. There's always enough volume to fill buy orders.
DICE is a really good buy and it's on a low with some very decent developments coming before the next dividend period. And the next period looks like it will be even bigger than the last.
