Yes, quit a job over anxiety issues that I should have worked through and still regret it.
No I quit in 2014 and haven't worked since. Still happily unemployed.

are you that callcentre guy from the other day?
Only job I regret quitting was a 6-8am cleaning shift at a pub when I was 18, left because the hours were shitty and was looking for full-time work, but god damn that was the easiest money I've ever seen, Literally do fuck all but get up early and still earn more than the other shitty service jobs available. Obviously none of that matters now, it's more a 'never know what you have until it's gone' thing
Not really. I've quit every job I ever had (20+) and I don't really care. When it's time to go it's time to go. I can always get another one.

No, I've been in the same job for 10 years since I was 18
no, if it was good i wouldnt have quit
I was with a guy who had paid me $25k for 2 weeks of a "relationship" (me fucking him every night). After the two weeks he offered me $100k for a few more days of sex before he returned to Jamaica (where his multiple mansions and properties are) but I turned it down because his personality disgusted me too much. He was clingy, self-absorbed and convinced that he is god's gift to mankind. I absolutely regret turning down $100k for only 2-3 days of suffering.
