Redpill me in labor unions

jewish scam to get money out of plebs while making them think they're being helped.
Necessary evil.
I'm about to go on strike, company I work for is shitting on my pension scheme, dental care, health care, sick pay and annual leave.
If we don't have a way of resisting people get revolutionary and we end up in commie hell.
As I said, it's a necessary evil.

My wife is a nurse at a union shop in Northern California. Wages in the community for nurse range from $28-45/hour She makes $67 and if she waives benefits she gets an extra 25% differential.
My bank account is redpilled on unions.

>Raises cost of labor due to combined negotiating power
>Distorts true price of labor due to inefficiencies in hiring and firing, reduce competition, and bloated union infrastructure
>Passes on this cost to you, the consumer while union fatcats make out like bandits and hold hands with organized crime
No one wins. Not everything can be unionized. Inefficiencies are inefficiencies.
They make labour arbitrage into an all or nothing thing instead of a slow bleed. Without a union, the onus is on labour to price itself competitively against pajeets and machines. With a union, the onus is on management to pay the price of labour until they can afford to automate or outsource.
Unions have a different social contract than nonunion.
