You'll have to hold off telling the bitch you want a divorce in order to gradually remove the money from the account. I don't think you'll be able to just pull it out and get away with it. She may not know about it, but it's risky to assume some jew lawyer or judge won't find it and make you give her 10k, even if you've blown it. Take cash out regularly from various sites and give it to a trusted relative, hide it, buy BTC from ATMs (assuming you can bear the fees), put in a safe deposit box (not at a bank).
I've never been married and am no law expert, so don't take my word for it, but get some advice. I think if you ask your lawyer as a client it's confidential.

They can subpoena your bank records OP. If you movr that 20k somewhere they'll see it. If you move it to BitDice and say you gambled it away you might have a chance.

The difficulty though would be getting 20k cash in hand for your car and hoping nobody looks at anything other than the balance in the account. Plus, you're drawing attention to an account that may not have been noticed if you hadn't said it now had the car money in it. If they conclude that's bullshit, bam, you're down to 20k each.
I shan't keep going on about it, but I really think the gambling thing is an option. Then you have an excuse for keeping the account secret and can say you didn't want to spend the family's money. It just requires holding out a little longer. And you don't need to even draw attention to it either--they may never find out, but you have an excuse if they do.
