Well I guess if that is not possible then I'd have to buy amazon gift cards with PayPal and trade them for bitcoins.

I used to buy bitcoin through paypal, but that was years ago, and idk if it still works but this is what i did..

Go on ebay and look up cex.io cloud mining pass, they used to sell that at all ranges..
Then log onto cex.io and put in the code u bought on ebay.
Go on cex.io exchange and sell all your gh cloud mining for btc.

You just bought btc with paypal.
