- On July 28, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced “a plan to pursue lowering nicotine in cigarettes to non-addictive levels".
- 22nd Century Group is set to disrupt the tobacco industry with their patented unique very low nicotine products.
- Investors may need to move very quickly to take a position as the potential upside is enormous.
They are getting their FDA approvals and a press conference is scheduled for today. There is currently a strong buy rating, a lot of watchers, heavy volume and it is sky-rocketing pre-market. This is just the beginning, get in now or see this opportunity.. go up in smoke.

I'm a smoker myself in the highest per capita smoking state in the country (Kentucky), and it was a mistake to get started. I'll quit eventually. Something like this would make it not even worth it. This is what U.S. legislators are trying to accomplish, and they've been successful at it.

So what do you think the end game of this is? You really think, as you said, that there will be MORE smokers because of this? That's what you're banking on, and it's crazy. I live in smoking central dude. Half the people that do it say they want to quit, and something like this and ever higher taxes keep pushing them towards it. The kids aren't smoking in higher numbers than their parents.
