crypto is only revolutionary (that is really an overstatement since things like p2p have been around for a while) because of trustless decentralization is kinda cool and provides an alternative to traditional stores of value. I don't really think bitcoin will die but everything else will eventually, which will be a shame because I'm having a lot of fun on pnds. When people stop participating in the markets there will be no money to be made if you're already loaded on BTC.
No one in crypto thinks. Because if they did one would buy smart contracts and all other bullshit which doesn't really work in practice. People only trade on hype and emotions. Vitalik said that ethereum is worth $15 and while I didn't see his math, I and inclined to believe him since despite his autism, he can be very sensible.
Similar things can be said for all these AI, smart contracts, governance, databases, cloud computing, etc. They're all buzzwords. It doesn't really work on the real world, that's why there's not a massive adoption. Ethereum has been around since 2013 and it's sole purpose is making more ICOs.
I'm saying this because we're bros and want us to be redpilled, but don't spread the FUD, we gotta keep this going for as long as we can or the funds/whales are going back to pumping penny stocks
