is this good or bad?
>>3464765
Neutral. You decide.

wat i got from the article was that IF the kyber network is used for transactions, tokens will slowly be burnt down. so years down the line, kyber tokens will be worth a lot.
this is all depending on whether the network is used or not though....

If third party reserves are popular, KNC will be burnt down overtime, probably appreciating in value.
Right now I think most buyers are planning on a short term flip and are not concerned about how the coin works, but I think you should always know what you are buying.

damn, i dont think third party reserves are popular at all.
are there any third party reserves currently in the market that are doing well?
>>3464874
I am not an expert on the entire market. The article goes through why third parties reserves might pop up.
I think the main impediment will be costs for end users. The third party reserves need to make a profit, enough to more than cover the KNC they have to buy, and then Kyber slightly increases the spreads from there. So Kyber will never be the cheapest solution (in theory, practically it might be, but that is a very long explanation).

Read my article before you do. It never hurts to be informed! I'll do a post ICO update when I have time on these issues: >>3464937

Yeah I just did. KNC will be used as the highest selling point on an Arb network that at first will exclusively be held by the Kyber network. Oh, and majority of transaction fees are burned over time with a small percent going to KNC holders. Was I missing anything?
>>3466837
No, that is accurate. As long as you are informed.

I appreciate your concern
