There is no way for a founder to have freedom from a shitty board who can just take over the non-profit and wreck it, is there? It seems American law is 100% devoted to "democratizing" literally every single type of for-profit or non-profit organization with no wiggle room unless you are literally the only person in the entire organization.
>Non-profit: Have to have a board who inevitably throw the organization into the trash to bicker over petty power plays
>For-profit: Probably can't have volunteers without paying them as employees, defeating the purpose of charitable work

Do it the blockchain way, hidden in the dark like satoshi did

Fuck is this? Hiding anything sounds illegal, btw. I plan on being mainstream. Maybe I just need to find a better country to found my organization in than America, the greedy fucking kikes.
Is noone on /biz/ interested in non-profit issues or autonomy in running a business?

Wait, is it gonna moon? When is the ICO?
just run your non profit through a DAPP and give ONLY yourself the coding power.
Yeah, I noticed the uptick in drug currencies over the past few years, but god damn. Somehow this board is even worse now than when it began.
