Look at the team, the product, the marketing.

Than look at the amount invested.

If this ICO ends with 2000ETH (min requirement). You invested in this coin at a market cap of 600k. When it gets on the exchanges & newly added coins list on CMC, it will gain traction, and reach a market cap of ATLEAST 5M. The hard cap is 20k ETH but it looks like it wont be reached.

Currently no one is talking about this coin, they will however when it gets put on CMC at a market cap of 600k. I feel like going all in this coin and owning 5%-10% of the supply.

And ICO can go three ways:

Lots of recognition & marketing: Reached the hard cap quickly -> will bring nice returns the second it comes on exchange

Lots of recognition & marketing: Didn't reach hard cap or very slowly -> Won't bring good returns (atleast short to mid term)

Very few marketing & recognition: Simply a listing on CMC will bring this coin x10 more attention than it had gotten through the ICO. Will take of slowly & bring great returns. (Think of District0x, it got listed on CMC, hoovered at ICO price for a week, slowly took of, than went hyperbolic.

The latter will be the case of Rakugo.
