I'd recommend suing an Audible trial to listen to his last book. Then I'd recommend listening to his book Crush It (used to be free on YT but I can't find it) which is about personal branding with the internet which is more relevant than ever with Patreon, YouTube, and Twitch.
Or torrent them, you find it.

There's also the Blockchain, and the real money there is in creating applications. Those books have yet to be written.

Either buy something, fix it and sell it at a profit or rent it for more than you're paying. My grandpa has done / is doing both of these.

There's not much to say about real estate. If you don't have money or you're not a grandfather I think there are better options.

use Calibre, its an ebook manager that can convert your pdf so that you can read in on your kindle.

best choice once you get in on kindle is reading in landscape mode, it will subdivise each page in 3 parts so it will have a decent font size; very comfy
